Health Fair: Sunday November 8th, 2009 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., I will be doing Reiki with other practitioners at the Integrated Health System for Troy Beaumont – see below for some of the event details.

The Beaumont Medical Center, Sterling Heights health fair is being held on Sunday, Nov. 8 from noon to 4 p.m. will offer a variety of free health screenings for blood pressure, varicose veins, bone density, vision, and grip strength testing. There will be “Glo Germ” hand-washing demonstrations to protect yourself from infectious diseases; sleep evaluations; breast exam education; and heart healthy cooking demonstrations sponsored by the Michigan Lifestyle Change & Health Center.Patients will get a chance to receive free health screenings and check out the new building and amenities at a free, family health fair Sunday, Nov. 8.
Beaumont’s Integrative Medicine department is also participating in the health fair and will offer free chair massages, Reiki therapy, and hand out ten dollar discounts for clinical massages.
